- TeddyDelivery includes FREE standard shipping (First-Class Mail) within US 50 states.
- Priority Mail within US 50 states $4.99
- Express Mail is available for a flat fee of $19.99 and will arrive next day (Monday - Saturday) to most US 50 state destinations. It may take up to 2 days in some rare cases.
- Priority Mail to the rest of the world, add $16.99.
- We ship via USPS Priority Mail to Military addresses APO/FPO for a low flat fee of $4.99
- All orders placed before 4PM Central Time ship the same business day. Orders placed after 4PM Central time, on some holidays and on the weekend ship on the next business day.
- Free US Standard Shipping 1-6 business days, depending on the delivery address. We ship via First-Class Mail from zip code 61401 in the state of Illinois.
- Priority Mail 2-3 days within US 50 states.
- Express Shipping 1 day (Mon. - Sat.) In some rare cases 2 days.

We are proud to provide affordable shipping ($3.99) to military personnel throughout the world via USPS Priority Mail. Please remember that there may be extra time needed for the United States Postal Service to deliver your Teddy Delivery and to process through customs.
Turnaround time for APO/FPO shippping
- Priority mail normally take around 10-15 days to most military APO/FPO locations.
- Some military personnel have received their package in less than 7 days!
- For those in remote outstations, it can take over 30 days to deliver.
It is important to note that the day of shipment does not count as a day in transit because packages are not picked up by USPS from our warehouse until 5:00 pm the day that your order ships, so obviously that day can not be used as a day in transit. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not business days.
When delivering to colleges, hospitals or hotels, we guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department of the college, hotel or hospital. It is then up to this department to deliver the package to the correct recipient. This may cause delays as the mailroom or receiving department does not guarantee delivery within a given period of time.
We suggest you send your package to the recipient’s home rather than the hospital. We do not deliver directly to the hospital room; we must leave the package at a delivery station within the hospital. Therefore, we cannot control the amount of time it takes your package to actually get to the patient.
It is possible that the patient will be discharged from the hospital within this time, resulting in a pick up charge, a re-delivery charge and a delay in getting your package to the recipient. We know you want your gift to be received quickly, and by sending it to the home address, you eliminate all the problems that can occur at the hospital.
ALWAYS put the patient's room number on the second "Address" line if you ship to a hospital.
Incorrect Delivery Address Provided by the Customer
We will contact you and ask for additional information. Incorrect addresses are subject to a new shipping charge of $19.99 for express mail, $13.99 for International, $4.99 for APO/FPO and $2.00 for packages shipped for free.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club and PayPal. All payments are securely processed through Pay Flow Link (operated by PayPal). Your payment transaction will take place on Pay Flow's (PayPal) secure website.

For your safety, and ours, all credit card orders are processed by PayPal® Payflow Link SSL credit card processing.

30-Day Hassle Free Return/Refund Policy
If you are not happy with the product's ordered from Teddy Delivery, feel free to return the products to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received your package.
- Simply give our customer service number a call at 1-309-344-0005 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- 100% of the teddy delivery price will be refunded to your Credit Card or Paypal account once the package/item(s) has been received in our warehouse.
- Express delivery charges and International shipping charges will not be refunded unless an order has been incorrectly shipped by us.
- The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- No restocking charges will be applied.
Will Teddy Delivery disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
NO. Teddy Delivey is committed to mainatining the privacy of our customers. We recognize the need for control of information that you share with Teddy Delivery.
Teddy Delivery does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
Your name, address, email information and personal message on greeting cards is not shared with anyone else.
Any personal information will only be used for order processing and if necessary to contact you concerning your order.
Newsletter & Special Offers
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter, we only ask for the users email address. Newsletter subscribers will occasionally receive our newsletter with information on new products, announcement, special deals and discounts.
Newsletter opt-out Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter may opt-out of receiving these communications by using our Contact us form, or just call us at 1-309-344-0005 and we will remove you from the newsletter list.
